the staff were excellent. the location in the center of San Vincenzo was ideal. 3. Thoroughly enjoyed spending 5 days in a huge double room with a large terrace and a great view. 4. the room had a separate bedroom and useful amenities like a microwave oven, electric kettle, and refrigerator.

The apartment is clean and accommodating for 4 people. The kitchen/dining area is nice with a stove and a large refrigerator stocked with a selection of drinks upon arrival (soda, water, beer, wine). The sunsets from the 4th floor balcony are inspiring. The gated underground parking is also convenient. The heated indoor pool is very well maintained and extremely relaxing. Sand beaches with nice waves, markets, shops and gourmet Italian seafood restaurants are only steps away. And the staff are very kind and helpful in every way. My wife, two boys (9 & 6) and I enjoyed ourselves immensely. Thank you Brunella and the rest of the staff at the Residenza Santa Cecilia for a pleasurable time.

This was my best experience through years. I did use an Flash Deals offer and went to San Vincenzo before my trip to Rome. Besides usual discount, I got free upgrade from the Hotel staff when I asked not to be on a ground floor they gave me 2 bedroom apartment for no extra cost! The hotel has excellent location and charming view from balcony on San Vincenzo bay and yacht club is magnificent. You'd love to have drink and snack there. And kitchennete has everything one would wish to have. The floor is parquet, bath facilities very good, bed was very comfortable. Besides the hotel offers heated swimming pool and hydromassage spa which was wonderful. The only thing which I missed was to have my family there. Hope to come back with them one day!
Hotel tv (like in most cases in Italy) do not provide any English channels. There are no mosquito nets on windows (in fact there are no windows but to two side doors to large balcony, therefor mosquito nets would be difficult to put on them) and so you find lots of them in the room, if leave doors open.

This hotel was a great choice for our stay. the location was perfect, really close to a fabulous beach and right next to the main attractions of the town. We also loved the rooms with a view of the sea, they were clean and had a kitchenette which was very convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious with a variety of options to choose from.
All in all, everything was fantastic and we had a great time.

The staff were very gentle. The appartment was big, with a fully equip`ped kitchen. The indoor pool was great, and my daughters just couldn't get enough of it!
The only thing that I found a bit repetitive was breakfast. It would be desiorable to have some variation from day to day on the food available. But the food was great!!

The upgraded us to the best suite in the entire facility, for no extra charge. We had 2 huge bedrooms, sleeping 5, 2 full baths, large living/dining room and full kitchen, fully equipped. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Lots of good restaurants nearby, one standout - Mum and Dad, right next door. Great shopping on the pedi mall. One caveat - the town closes on Mondays during mid and low season.

The hotel had excellent facilities, including an indoor pool and hot tub. The breakfast served was fresh and delicious. We loved the hotel's location as it was very close to the beach and had a beautiful view of the port.
There was nothing we didn't like.
